Visit to Glacier Perito Moreno + Safari Nautico

Pick up from the hotel early morning to drive the 80 km that separate the city of El Calafate from the glacier Perito Moreno, the only glacier is in the world that is not receding. During the transfer, we will discover beautiful landscapes of the Andean mountains, while bordering the south shores of lake Argentino. After crossing the rivers Centinela and Mitre, we will reach Brazo Rico before entering the national park Los Glaciares. Bordering the lake Rico, we will begin to see the icebergs floating in the cold waters of the lake, and then finally the magnificent glacier rises before us, declared a Natural Wonder by the UNESCO. In the visitors area, tourists have time to walk along the catwalks and several viewpoints distributed in different levels and take pictures. The tour is combined with the activity “Safari Náutico”, a sailing which starts in Brazo Rico and reaches the south end of the Icerberg Channel. The sailing takes 1 hour and allows tourists to get a very different perspective of the Perito Moreno, which is impossible to get from the viewpoints.
