Tierra del Fuego National Park

Arriving at Monte Susana, visitors will be able to see the work from an old military prison’s convicts. It is here where the train known as the Train of the End of the World is located.

At the End of the World Train station, tour participants will have the opportunity to take an option excursion. After a brief stop at the station, visitors choosing the train ride option will leave the station by the route the old railway took when it held prisoner who would get wood from the forest. On the way, we will cross bridges and peat bogs. At the Macarena Waterfall we will stop briefly before continuing on to Tierra del Fuego National Park. The journey will end near the where the old Lombardich sawmill once stood. Participants of the train ride will meet up with the rest of the group at the end of their journey.

See the regional plants before arriving at Roca Lake where we will walk along the coasts of the lake and Lapataia River. We will also enjoy a spectacular view of Condor Hill.

At the other end of the park is Lapataia Bay. Here we will see two continuously growing peat bogs: the Green Lagoon and the Black Lagoon. Finally, we will travel past beaver dams that will lead us to Lapataia Bay.
