The Art Tour
“Art in Buenos Aires” provides a complete panoramic view of the pieces exhibited in the most important city museums. At The National Museum of Fine Arts (MNBA) the nineteenth and twentieth centuries argentine art is in detail surveyed, while in the ground floor we can explore the most important works of European art there collected, dated between the twelfth and twentieth centuries. Works of the most important modern artists from Latin America are gathered at the Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), that is also visited in this journey. A final stop at one of the main galleries holding the trends of contemporary art can complete the tour.
The National Museum of Fine arts is closed on Mondays and the Museum of Latin American Art closes on Tuesdays. During those days these museums are replaced by optional Galleries and Museums.
