Full Day in Peninsula Valdes with Whale Watching

We will take a boat to go whale-watching. It is advisable to board very early in the morning for favorable weather. From May to Dec it is possible that during whale watching sea-lions and cormorants may be seen. From Dec to March it is possible to see dark dolphins.After boarding we will set our course for south of the peninsula, going through Salinas Grande y Chica. We will arrive at Punta Delgada, around midday, where we will enjoy lunch at the El Faro resort. At El Faro resort visitors have the opportunity to go down the cliffs and walk near the sea-elephants.Afterwards we will go to Punta Cantor to see the external coast of the peninsula and get to Caleta Valdés (also known as Valdés Inlet). Here we will view geological formations before heading back to the Ameghino Isthmus. On the way there is a good chance of seeing some of the wild land animals such as guanacos, rheas, foxes, maras (Patagonian hare), armadillos or skunks. At sunset, we will arrive at Puerto Madryn at sunset.
